Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to all tattoo appointments with Lisa Stadlbauer e.U. By booking an appointment, you accept these terms. This is a courtesy translation — the German version is the legally binding one.
1. Booking & Deposit
A deposit of €50 is required for every session and must be transferred in advance to the following account:

The appointment is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit is credited toward the total price when the session takes place.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the deposit is retained as compensation.
If an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit is kept and carried over to the new date (i.e. not refunded, but transferred). However, the 48-hour grace period described above no longer applies to this new date: if the rescheduled appointment is cancelled again — regardless of how much notice is given — the deposit is retained permanently.
3. Health Requirements
Pre-existing conditions, allergies, blood clotting disorders, skin conditions, and any relevant medication must be disclosed truthfully and completely before the session. If a pre-existing condition is present, a doctor's confirmation that the tattoo session poses no risk must be provided in advance. If health-related information is withheld or stated incorrectly, the client is liable for any resulting consequences.
4. During the Session
I kindly ask for quiet sessions. Since I need to concentrate while working, extended small talk during the session is only possible to a limited extent. Please plan your own entertainment for the session — a book, phone, headphones/music, or similar.
5. Termination of a Session
In case of conspicuous behavior (e.g. being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or noticeable health issues during the session), I reserve the right to terminate the session immediately. Any deposit already paid will not be refunded in this case.
6. Conduct & Communication
In the case of inappropriate remarks — in particular sexualized, demeaning, racist, or otherwise discriminatory statements — contact with the client will be terminated immediately. In this case, there is no obligation to complete the tattoo, regardless of how far the work has progressed.
7. Materials
I work with vegan tattoo inks and, as far as available resources allow, with eco-friendly single-use products.
8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law applies.
